Patient is a 49 years old, 5 Feet 144 pounds, 2 full term pregnancies. Patient had significant ptosis (droop) which required a full mastopexy (breast lift). Patient underwent a full lift in her first stage. 1 year later she had 445cc silicone gel breast implants placed under them muscle. Patient desired a full C cup. Individual results may vary.
