Brow Lift Surgery

A brow or forehead lift restores a more youthful, refreshed look to the area above the eyes. It is frequently performed in conjunction with blepharoplasty in an attempt to maximize your surgical result. There are numerous techniques to achieve the desired goals during a browlift. Dr. Tyrone prefer an endoscopic browlift when both medial and lateral aspects of the brow require elevation. This approach requires much smaller incisions than traditional approaches and is just as efficacious. Furthermore, the endoscopic approach allows manipulation of the muscles in between the eyebrows which can eradicate “worry” lines. For patients seeking only a slight elevation in the lateral aspect of the brow, a minimal incision lateral brow lift may be appropriate.

Traditionally, brow lift surgery has been performed by making a large incision across the scalp to raise the brow. Dr. Tyrone has been expertly trained in the latest endoscopic, minimally invasive techniques, and is able to lift the eyebrows with nearly invisive incisions. This results in a dramatic improvement in appearance without the prolonged recovery of the typical open approach.
